About Me

Dr. Marie-脡l猫ne Roberge is an Adjunct Faculty at Walter E. Heller College of Business at 澳门六合彩开奖直播, United States. She earned, in 2007, a Ph.D. in Labor and Human Resource Management from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. She earned a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from l'Universit茅 du Qu茅bec 脿 Montr茅al, Canada, and a Bachelor Degree in Sciences and Psychology from l'Universit茅 de Montr茅al, Canada.

She has been teaching Management courses such as Introduction to Human Resource Management (HRM 311), Organizational Behavior (MNGT 358 & MNGT 423), Personnel Selection and Staffing (HRM 434), Change and Organizational Development (MNGT 398 & MNGT 470). She also has taught Strategic Management and Diversity in Organizations while she was an Assistant Professor at Northeastern Illinois University.

Her professional experience is related to assisting HRM in Talent Acquisition, during the recruitment and selection process at the 鈥淪oci茅t茅 de transport de Montr茅al鈥 (STM). She also has several years of consulting experience in conducting training programs to managers about topics related to diversity, anti-harassment, and inclusion.

Her research is about managing diversity and inclusion in organizations and understanding individual and group behaviors in the workplace. She also has published peer-reviewed articles on topics such as personality, training and development, and organizational justice. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a member of the Women鈥檚 Leadership Council at 澳门六合彩开奖直播, and a member and the Secretary of the Leadership Team for 澳门六合彩开奖直播 Chapter of American Association for University Professors (AAUP).
